Business-law matters, from research and drafting to client and court work. Member of the firm’s energy practice.
Transitional mandate
Appointed a successor and handed over responsibilities.
Compliance Officer
Regulatory bridging, risk assessments and research into AI regulation for clinical automation and voice-transcription tools. Drafting of NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, terms and internal protocols.
Legal and Compliance Manager
Led the legal and compliance function across more than 20 jurisdictions and acted as Data Protection Officer. Contracts, data protection, employment, immigration and corporate matters, and coordination of outside counsel in disputes.
