How I write

I write about the law and its practical consequences, not about clients or matters. Nothing on this site concerns a client of mine or of ONV LAW.

The views here are my own. They are not those of ONV LAW or of any other organization.

What I publish is general information, not legal advice. Reading it does not create a lawyer-client relationship. If you have a legal question of your own, please take advice that fits your circumstances.

Each piece is dated. When the law changes after a piece is published, I say so on the piece.

I cite my sources, and where I can I cite primary sources: the legislation, the decision or the official publication itself.
